The Vision Behind Mozz Burger
Mozz Burger is the vision of M.Kumar, who completed his graduation in Uttarakhand, pursued Hotel Management in Delhi, and moved to the USA in 2002.
With 30 years of global experience as a chef across the USA, Canada, Europe, and London, he possesses an elite background in the international culinary industry.
Global Culinary Experience
After working hard in various Indian restaurants, he established his own food consulting business, serving clients across 32 states in the USA. Over the next 10 years, he helped set up kitchens, developed menus, and earned multiple awards for excellence in the food industry.
Returning to India
After gaining extensive experience in the U.S. food industry, he returned to India due to family reasons. He briefly explored the real estate sector before deciding to pursue his true passion of building a unique food chain.
While studying the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market, he observed that although major chains like McDonald's generate significant revenue in India, many fast-food options compromise on health and ingredient quality.
This Inspired the Concept of Mozz Burger
This inspired the concept of Mozz Burger—a brand focused on serving low-calorie, delicious, and healthy fast food that stands apart from traditional Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
The Future
From India to the World
With a global vision, Mozz Burger aims to expand from India to countries around the world, delivering exceptional taste without compromising on health.
